MakNet is Carolina’s Student Organization that is built around making and designing new projects, ideas, and communities. Whether it’s crafting new tools and trinkets to sharpen our skills, or volunteering at local festivals and events to craft new experiences for others, we’re here to support the Maker Community, both at UNC and around Chapel Hill/Orange County. Throughout the year, you can expect regular meetings to make cool stuff and discuss events such as:

• Making workshops
• Service events
• Speakers and professional workshops
• Networking events with your fellow Maker community
